Job Title: Global Product Manager – Deep Automation Loaders
Functional area: Marketing & Sales
Work mode: Hybrid (Onsite or Remote)
Location: Örebro, Orebro County, SE, 70191, Sweden
Overview
At Epiroc, we are expanding the boundaries of automation and digitalization, and we are looking for a commercially minded Global Product Manager who is passionate about turning customer needs into innovative business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and business cases.
- Drive product development, launch, and commercialization activities.
- Support global sales teams through training, value propositions, and marketing initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and support their automation journey.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and customer value.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, sales, project management, operations, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working in industries such as mining, industrial automation, construction, robotics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify, evaluate, and develop commercial opportunities.
- Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience with automation, digital solutions, software‑based products, or mining applications is an advantage. Fluency in Spanish is also a plus.
Location and Travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional global travel is required.
