Sedan december 2024 är Hitta.se en del av Fonecta Group Oy, Finlands främsta aktör inom söktjänster för både företag och privatpersoner. Nu söker Hitta.se en Chief Technology Officer (CTO) som vill ta ansvar för vår tekniska strategi och leda vårt fantastiska tech-team mot fortsatt framgång.

Om rollen

Som CTO på Hitta.se kommer du att ha helhetsansvar för vår tech-organisation. Du rapporterar direkt till VD och är en del av ledningsgruppen, där du tillsammans med övriga i teamet ansvarar för att säkerställa att Hitta.se fortsätter vara en innovativ och framåtlutad organisation. Din roll är avgörande för att vår tekniska strategi ska möjliggöra skalbarhet, stabilitet och innovation, samtidigt som AI och kundfokus är centralt i allt du gör.

Du leder ett kompetent team på totalt 18 medarbetare, varav 6 direktrapporterande. Teamet består av både anställda och konsulter, med en mix av medarbetare som arbetar från vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm och remote från olika delar av Sverige och Europa.

Som CTO kommer du även att spela en viktig roll i att forma samarbetet med de andra bolagen inom Fonecta-koncernen. Detta innebär att du kommer att vara en drivande kraft på en spännande resa där vi tillsammans skapar effektiva arbetssätt, delar teknisk kompetens och utforskar synergier som stärker hela gruppen.

I rollen ingår:


Strategiskt ledarskap

- Definiera och kommunicera en övergripande teknisk vision och strategi som är i linje med företagets mål och förankrad i koncernens övergripande strategi.

- Driva teknisk innovation genom att ligga steget före såväl marknadstrender som kundbehov och nya teknologier.

- Tillsammans med kollegor inom koncernen arbeta för att identifiera synergier, bygga en effektiv organisationsstruktur och skapa maximalt värde för våra användare, kunder och medarbetare.

- Som en del av Hitta.se's ledningsgrupp bidrar du till den övergripande strategiska utvecklingen av hitta.se och säkerställer att företagets vision och affärsmål förverkligas.


Personal och budgetansvar

- Leda, coacha och inspirera tech-teamet till att skapa en kultur präglad av samarbete, innovation och kundfokus.

- Stärka tvärfunktionellt samarbete med team inom bland annat Produkt, Business Intelligence och Försäljning, samt främja samverkan med andra bolag inom Fonecta-gruppen.

- Ansvara för budget och resursplanering för tech-teamet, med målet att balansera kostnader med effektivitet, prestanda och skalbarhet.

- I samråd med kollegor på övriga bolag inom Fonecta-gruppen besluta kring infrastruktur och verktyg för att optimera resurser och säkerställa framgång.


Tekniskt ledarskap

- Ansvara för den tekniska strategin för Hitta.se och samverka med kollegor från andra bolag inom Fonecta-gruppen.

- Säkerställa att tekniska beslut främjar skalbarhet, säkerhet och innovation, med AI som en central byggsten.

- Vidareutveckla och säkerställa best praxis inom mjukvaruutveckling, agila arbetssätt och AI.

- Inspirera organisationen i hur AI kan förstärka vår produkt, organisation och affär.

Vi söker dig som:

- Har minst fem års erfarenhet av att leda en teknisk organisation i liknande skala, gärna i en roll som VP Engineering eller CTO på ett SaaS-företag.

- Har gedigen teknisk expertis och en stark förmåga att inspirera och leda organisationen i utformning och implementering av tekniska strategier.

- Erfarenhet av att leda i komplexa miljöer, integrera verksamheter och driva förändringsprocesser.

- Har ett genuint intresse för AI och dokumenterad erfarenhet av att implementera och tillämpa AI inom verksamheten.

- Har förmåga att översätta affärsstrategier till tekniska lösningar som skapar resultat.

- Är strategiskt lagd, men som också trivs med att vara hands-on vid behov.

- Är en stark och engagerande ledare med förmåga att inspirera och utveckla medarbetare, både onsite och remote.

Infrastruktur & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS, Grafana, Jenkins, ArgoCD.

Development: TypeScript/Node.js, Next.js, React, React Nativesamt vissa äldre Java/C# microservices.

Data & verktyg: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, ActiveMQ, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
