I rollen som Quality Assurance Engineer Lead har du ett övergripande ansvar för kvalitetssäkring i våra IT-leveranser. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt för att säkerställa att våra system håller hög kvalitet, uppfyller krav och levererar bästa möjliga nytta till verksamheten.

Du kommer vara en central del i de utvecklingsteam du jobbar i och arbeta tätt med både verksamhet, utvecklare och användare och leverantörer. En viktig del av din roll är att coacha teamen i kvalitetstänk och testmetodik, samtidigt som du driver förbättringar inom våra testprocesser och teststrategier. Du kommer också arbeta med hands-on testning, analysera resultat och bidra till den långsiktiga riktningen för vårt kvalitetsarbete.

Du kommer att planera, leda och följa upp test- och kvalitetsrelaterade aktiviteter. Genom att arbeta nära verksamheten kommer du att vara delaktig i acceptanstester, kravgranskning och säkerställa att våra lösningar möter både användarens behov och tekniska krav. Du ansvarar även för att dokumentera testfall, identifiera brister och säkerställa att dessa hanteras i samarbete med de olika utvecklingsteamen.

Utöver det kommer du även:

  • Utveckla testplaner, testfall och genomföra tester
  • Delta i användartester och samla in feedback
  • Hantera och följa upp buggar och kvalitetsbrister
  • Bidra till strategisk utveckling av vårt kvalitetsarbete

Vi tror att du har flera års erfarenhet som testledare och är van att arbeta nära både utveckling och verksamhet. Du har god kunskap om manuell testning, teststrategier och databastest, och är trygg i att arbeta i agila miljöer där kraven kan förändras snabbt.

Det är även meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av automatiserad testning
  • Erfarenhet av GIT och CI/CD

Personliga egenskaper

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är analytisk och lösningsorienterad, med en god förmåga att se helheten utan att tappa bort detaljerna. Du är en skicklig kommunikatör som lätt får med dig både tekniska team och affärssidan, och du har en förmåga att skapa struktur även i komplexa projekt. Du arbetar självständigt, är noggrann och har lätt för att prioritera och organisera ditt arbete. Dessutom drivs du av att ständigt utveckla både processer och dig själv.
