Vi söker en Testare till vårt team som arbetar med mjukvarusystem inom HR & Payroll. Du kommer att samarbeta med utvecklare och testledare för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i våra lösningar. I denna roll kommer du att bidra med din kunskap och erfarenhet inom testning, designa och exekvera testfall samt skriva och följa upp avvikelserapporter. Du kommer även att delta i utvecklingsteamets olika scrum aktiviteter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
  • Testning av komplexa system inom HR & Payroll-branschen.
  • Skriva testfall, utföra testexekvering, hantera och följa upp defekter och rapportera resultat.
  • Stödja och rapportera till testledaren.
  • Planera, prioritera och följa upp dina dagliga arbetsuppgifter.
  • Ansvara för planering, genomförande och dokumentation av tester, både manuellt och automatiserat.
  • Driva kvalitetsarbetet framåt och samarbeta nära utvecklare och andra testare för att säkerställa robusta lösningar.
Om dig:
  • Du har arbetat som testare i ett eller ett par år, men vi välkomnar även nyexaminerade från universitet eller högskola med relevant utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
  • Du har en god analytisk förmåga och ett starkt intresse för kvalitetssäkring av mjukvara.
  • Du är noggrann, drivande och strukturerad, och trivs med att arbeta självständigt.
  • Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bygga relationer, och du kommunicerar väl både på svenska och engelska.
  • Du är inte rädd för att be om hjälp eller att bidra till teamets framgång.
  • Du har erfarenhet av systemtester och förstår deras betydelse för att säkerställa kvaliteten på system och applikationer.
  • Du kan läsa och granska kravdokumentation och använda den i arbetet med test.
  • Vi värdesätter din vilja att utvecklas, lära dig nytt och dela med dig av dina kunskaper.
  • Personliga egenskaper är viktiga för oss, eftersom vi arbetar i en stor och samarbetsinriktad grupp.
  • Kunskap inom HR & löneområdet är meriterande.
