Nu söker vi en driven Senior Accountant med några års erfarenhet i rollen som Senior Accountant från ett större bolag till vårt Finance Team på WSP:s huvudkontor i Stockholm.

Om tjänsten

Som Senior Accountant har du en central och viktig roll hos oss på redovisningsenheten som idag består av 10 medarbetare och som är en del av en stor ekonomifunktion på WSP. Du kommer att jobba i en internationell miljö med många kontaktytor tillsammans med ett sammansvetsat team med engagerade kollegor som har en bred kompetens inom redovisning. Hos oss får du möjligheten att varva utmanande arbete med givande diskussioner där vi delar vår kunskap och utvecklar varandra kontinuerligt för att stötta varandra i vårt dagliga arbete.

I rollen som Senior Accountant ansvarar du för regelefterlevnad och säkerställer att redovisningsprinciper efterlevs. Du deltar i att driva redovisningsenhetens arbete enligt mål i handlingsplan och får en viktig roll i arbetet med att effektivisera och förbättra processer inom WSPs Ekonomiavdelning.

Arbetet innebär bland annat:

  1. Månads-, kvartals-, och årsbokslut.
  2. Helhetsansvar för 3 svenska holding bolag i form av löpande redovisning, bokslutsarbete, årsredovisningar och inkomstdeklarationer.
  3. Bokföra, avstämning och analys av bolagets semesterskuld.
  4. Hantera IT recharges från moderbolaget, allokera kostnader på verksamheten och vidarefakturering till övriga Norden.
  5. Delta i intern- och externrevision.
  6. Support till och samarbete med organisationen i redovisningsfrågor.
  7. Identifiera, driva och etablera effektiva processer och arbetssätt.
  8. Delta i prioriterade interna projekt som exempelvis pågående projekt för nytt ERP system.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som trivs att arbeta proaktivt genom att ta initiativ där du i din roll driver arbetet framåt. Som person är du lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att kunna se helheten samtidigt som du är van att arbeta både analytiskt, noggrant och strukturerat. Du är kommunikativ och trivs i en arbetsmiljö med variation och komplext arbete där samarbete är centrala faktorer. Samarbete sker dels inom ekonomiavdelningen och inom supportenheterna samt genom stöttning och rådgivning till verksamheten nationellt som på global nivå.

Kvalifikationer

  1. Du har minst fyra års erfarenhet av arbete i rollen som Accountant från ett större bolag. Meriterande är om du arbetat i ett internationellt bolag.
  2. Du har en djup förståelse kring ekonomifrågor och är van att analysera resultat och balansräkning.
  3. Du har en högskoleutbildning eller relevant eftergymnasial ekonomiutbildning.
  4. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i ekonomisystem och i Excel.
  5. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i såväl tal som skrift.
  6. Då affärsspråket inom finans är engelska är det av stor vikt att du behärskar engelska språket mycket väl i tal som i skrift.
