About this opportunity

The Cybersecurity Center of excellence at our Solna office supports our R&D teams and regulatory to make sure that standards and regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout the lifecycle of our Critical Care products. Our products are complex and specialized both in design and the requirements they need to fulfill and with the challenges in the world around us, we play an important role in keeping our products safe and reliable for our end users.

The team currently consists of five persons, and we are now looking forward to expanding the team with a Cyber Security Forensic Expert.

What you will do

In this role, you will work closely with Critical Care's different product development teams and work with security testing and penetration testing of products in our product range.

Your daily work will be to:

  1. Develop security testing methodologies.
  2. Conduct penetration testing of Getinge devices and other products.
  3. Investigate incidents and complaints.
  4. Implement secure coding practices and provide tool support in the development environment.
  5. Review security-related code in C++/Java/Golang based products.
  6. Work with encryption and security for our devices.

This position is based in Solna, Stockholm and may include occasional travel. The position is eligible for a hybrid setup where you can work from home 1-2 days a week.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:

  1. MSc or BSc in Computer Software or equivalent.
  2. Previous documented experience in penetration testing on embedded products.
  3. Preferably with certification.
  4. Work experience in security for embedded and IoT systems.
  5. Experience working with product life cycle security standards.
  6. Experience in security SW environments based on Linux, RTOS, Java, or Golang.
  7. Fluency in English, both orally and in writing, is required. Fluency in Swedish is meritorious.

The following qualifications are meritorious:

  1. Secure coding practices and corresponding tool support.
  2. Security testing, fuzzing, penetration testing, and corresponding tool support.
