Vi söker en skicklig Mekanikkonstruktör till vårt FCS-team, som består av 16 kollegor inom olika discipliner. I denna roll kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i utvecklingen och underhållet av våra högkvalitativa sikten samt hantering av akuta tekniska och kvalitetsrelaterade frågor.

Rollen kräver stark analytisk och god teknisk förståelse för bearbetningsprocesser, precisionsmekanik och toleransanalys. Erfarenhet av D-FMECA, toleransberäkningar samt test och verifiering är avgörande för att säkerställa att våra produkter uppfyller de högsta kraven på noggrannhet, hållbarhet och funktionalitet.

Som Mekanikkonstruktör på Aimpoint kommer du att ha tre huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Delta aktivt i utvecklingsprojekt och bidra med din expertis inom bearbetning och precisionsmekanik.
  • Arbeta med konceptutveckling och design, från idéstadiet till prototyptillverkning och slutlig produkt.
  • Driva D-FMECA, konceptval och rotorsaksanalyser.
  • Säkerställa att produkter konstrueras med rätt toleranser för att uppfylla strikta krav på precision och prestanda.
  • Se till att konstruktionen uppfyller gällande krav och standarder.

Produktunderhåll

  • Ansvara för och vidareutveckla befintliga produkter för att bibehålla hög kvalitet.
  • Implementera förbättringar och modifieringar baserade på fältdatainsamling och kundfeedback.
  • Hantera kvalitetsfrågor och samarbeta med produktion för att förbättra tillverkningsprocesser.
  • Leda D-FMECA, konceptval och rotorsaksanalyser.

Hantering av akuta tekniska problem

  • Ta ansvar för att snabbt och effektivt lösa tekniska problem som kan påverka produktion och kvalitet.
  • Samarbeta med tvärfunktionella team (produktion, kvalitet, R&D) för att identifiera och åtgärda problem utan att försena produktionen.

Vi värdesätter även förmågan att arbeta självständigt och i grupp, initiativförmåga och engagemang. Att arbeta kreativt, analytiskt och strukturerat i problemlösande miljöer är en självklarhet för rollen.

Utbildningskrav och färdighetskrav

  • Civil- eller högskoleingenjör inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande tekniskt område.
  • 5–10 års erfarenhet av mekanikkonstruktion, helst inom bearbetning och precisionsmekanik.

Erfarenhetskrav

  • Skärande bearbetning – God kunskap om tillverkningsmetoder och materialval.
  • Precisionsmekanik – Erfarenhet av konstruktion och tillverkning av högprecision-komponenter.
  • Toleransanalys – Förmåga att analysera och justera toleranser för att uppfylla kravmassan.
  • Samarbetsförmåga – Van att arbeta i tvärdisciplinära team och hantera flera projekt och uppgifter samtidigt.
  • Problemlösning och analytiskt tänkande – Erfarenhet av D-FMECA, rotorsaksanalys och konceptval.
  • Kommunikationsförmåga – God vana vid teknisk dokumentation och rapportering.
