Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Indus Lead for a dynamic consulting assignment in industrialization and production technology with our esteemed customer in Linköping. In this leadership role, you will drive key efficiency and optimization projects contributing to the creation of advanced aviation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead projects to improve production processes, focusing on cost reduction and lead time optimization.
2. Optimize industrialization processes (e.g., job descriptions, workflows, tools) and design for quality-assured and efficient production.
3. Manage investment projects and participate across all phases of the development lifecycle.
4. Collaborate with the development department to ensure products are sustainable and reproducible.
5. Oversee project budgets and exercise a clear mandate in project assignments.

Requirements:

• Education/Experience: Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3–7 years of project leadership, preferably in industrialization or production technology.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.

• Background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in product development and risk management.
• Familiarity with supplier relationships and communication.

• Driven and proactive.
• Natural leadership qualities, fostering team spirit and commitment.
• Responsive and adaptable to business needs and evolving situations.

• Working Model: On-site.
• Location: Linköping.
• The role requires compliance with protective security regulations, which may include Swedish citizenship as a prerequisite.
