We are looking for Experienced Backend Engineers The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact
As an Experienced Backend Engineer you will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of our account management platform, shaping the way we deliver enterprise-quality features to our users. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that directly supports the company's commercial and operational objectives.

As a team, we value open collaboration, tackling complex technical challenges together, and sharing knowledge through pair and mob programming as well as regular hack weeks. Your insights will shape and influence the team's roadmap, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces uncertainty.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Golang and GCP/Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless React/Next.js-based interfaces for managing accounts.
  • Partner with enterprise and commercial teams to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, system reliability, and security.
  • Present plans and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical requirements:

  • Experienced Developer: You provide 5+ years of expertise in backend development with expertise in Go, Kotlin or Java and backend frameworks like Ktor.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes for cloud and containerised applications.

  • Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities and evolving technologies in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork abilities for effective cross-functional engagement and knowledge sharing.
