About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing structure to fast-moving environments? As Procurement Lead at Instabee Sweden, you'll take ownership of our day-to-day and strategic purchasing—ensuring we buy smart, stay cost-effective, and scale sustainably.

Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Analytics, you'll manage procurement across key areas like terminals, fleet, and subcontractors - balancing local needs with national coordination. You'll help drive structure, keep contracts tidy, and work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to support smarter spending.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, values clarity, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Some of the Things You Will Do
  1. Own purchasing operations and larger procurement planning
  2. Negotiate supplier agreements and manage vendor relationships
  3. Monitor and optimize procurement costs
  4. Keep documentation and contracts organised and up-to-date
  5. Build scalable, structured processes

What We're Looking For
  1. Degree in supply chain, finance, economics, or similar
  2. 3+ years in procurement, controlling, or consulting
  3. Analytical, structured, and comfortable navigating supplier discussions (no need to be a hard negotiator)
  4. Comfortable managing both strategy and operational execution
  5. Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (plus if you know Medius, Netsuite)
