Vi kombinerar teknik och sport för att skapa innovativa lösningar som gör det enklare för idrottsföreningar att nå sin publik. För att stärka vårt operativa team söker vi nu en erfaren och strategisk Senior Projektledare som kan strukturera och leda våra lokala och internationella projektledare.

Om rollen

I denna nyckelroll får du ansvaret att leda och utveckla vår projektorganisation, med fokus på logistik, inköp, kostnadskontroll och planering av installationer. Du säkerställer att våra projekt genomförs effektivt och med hög kvalitet, samtidigt som du skapar tydliga strukturer och processer för våra projektledare i olika länder.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

  • Ledning och strukturering: Skapa och implementera effektiva processer för våra lokala och internationella projektledare.
  • Logistik: Planera och optimera flöden för leveranser och installationer av AI-kameror globalt.
  • Inköp och kostnadskontroll: Säkerställa kostnadseffektiva inköp och hantering av resurser.
  • Planering av installationer: Utveckla strategier och arbetsmetoder för att effektivisera installationsteamens arbete.
  • Resursallokering: Säkerställa att rätt team och utrustning finns tillgängliga vid rätt tidpunkt.
  • Övergripande uppföljning: Övervaka projektens framdrift och rapportera status till ledningen.
  • Tvärfunktionellt samarbete: Arbeta nära tekniska team, operations och externa partners för att driva förbättringar.

Kvalifikationer

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av projektledning inom logistik, installation eller tekniska lösningar.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och strukturera projektteam i internationell miljö.
  • Starka färdigheter inom planering, processutveckling och resursstyrning.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Ytterligare språk ses som positivt.
  • Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Teknisk förståelse, gärna med erfarenhet inom IT eller systeminstallationer.
