Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Product Owner to join our dynamic agile product management team. In this role, you will own a part of the connectivity product, covering a set of solutions/functions developed by 1-2 scrum teams. You will work closely with stakeholders and other product owners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality embedded software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Ownership: Own and manage part of the connectivity product, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and goals.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify needs from stakeholders, including project managers, epic-owners, release management, and end-to-end testing teams.
  3. Backlog Management: Prioritize features in the team's backlogs, refine backlog items, and ensure clear and concise user stories.
  4. Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospective sessions, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other product owners in your product group and across other product groups to achieve shared visions and goals.
  6. Bug Tracking: Follow up on prioritized bugs, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably within embedded software development.
  2. Strong understanding of embedded systems and connectivity solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in backlog management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
