At Duni Group, our central marketing team in Business Area Dining Solutions is looking for a creative and talented Marketing Content Specialist who has a passion for content creation – with copywriting as an expertise. The organization has a lot of collaboration partners and stakeholders. Therefore, it’s critical that the person in this role can work cross-functionally with colleagues all over Duni’s international context. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative marketing content to engage our internal and external target groups and drive our brands and concepts in the desired direction.

The role

In the role as Marketing Content Specialist, you plan and create the central marketing material for internal and external use in order to secure a strong brand presence in the market. You will work closely with various functions at HQ and Duni’s local commercial organizations internationally. You will also need to be self-motivated, take initiative and ownership of the content creation. Moreover, you will organize, plan, and create content collaboratively and according to the business area’s marketing strategy and agenda.

You will work closely with the Marketing Content Specialist with a graphic focus, and you are expected to drive and coordinate the content production for product launches, sales material, concepts, and campaigns for both digital & offline channels – with digital as the primary focus. Key for success in this role will be your ability to build a strong stakeholder network in the organization and to manage multiple content projects.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Create, curate, deliver and manage high-quality marketing content and central marketing material in line with brand guidelines across all global communication channels, such as website, social media global accounts, catalogues, etc.
  2. Leverage and implement our brand strategy & brand book
  3. Support local marketing teams in marketing content creation and execution
  4. Research, analyze, and recommend strategies for creating content that is engaging and effective
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, local commercial markets and stakeholders to ensure all content meets the desired objectives
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Organize and maintain an organized database of the BA’s marketing content assets

The ideal candidate should have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or other related fields
  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the marketing field
  3. Capability to work both independently and together with a team and manage multiple projects
  4. Excellent writing skills and creative composition of content
  5. An ability to take initiative, test ideas and think outside the box
  6. Insights and knowledge about marketing trends and tools
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Proficient with Microsoft Office, content management systems and SEO tools
  9. SEO-competence
  10. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  11. A pragmatic and unpretentious mindset
