Som Teknisk specialistäljare mot bygg- & infraprojekt kommer du att ha en varierad roll som kombinerar tekniskt och kommersiellt ansvar. Du tar ägarskap för att utveckla försäljningen genom uppsökande bearbetning hos entreprenörer, byggföretag, projektutvecklare och infrautvecklare, med särskilt fokus på större projekt. Din mentala inställning är "Get stuff done" och du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med både kunder och vår tekniska avdelning för att säkerställa att våra produkter och lösningar möter kundernas behov genom hela projektfasen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Aktivt utveckla och bearbeta kundportföljen i östra Sverige och utvalda projekt i Norrland.
  • Arbeta nära både kunder och det föreskrivande ledet för att säkerställa att våra produkter specificeras tidigt i projektet.
  • Ge teknisk rådgivning och produktrekommendationer under design- och projektfasen.
  • Ansvara för offerter, prisförhandlingar och kontraktshantering.
  • Hålla regelbunden kontakt med kunder och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet.
  • Aktivt använda verktyg som CRM och Byggfakta Smart för att planera och följa upp försäljningen.
  • Bidra till företagets tillväxt genom att förvalta och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Vem vi söker:

  • Du har ett väl upparbetat kontaktnät inom byggbranschen, inklusive entreprenörer, byggherrar och konstruktörer.
  • Du har ett starkt intresse för byggteknik och en förmåga att kommunicera tekniska lösningar till kunder.
  • Du har erfarenhet av försäljning och har arbetat mot större projekt inom bygg eller infra.
  • Du har en teknisk bakgrund inom bygg/infra eller liknande.
  • Du är självgående, strukturerad och har god förmåga att ta initiativ.
  • Du är målmedveten och har en stark förhandlingsförmåga för att skapa resultat.
  • Du är flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, samt har god datorvana (Excel, CRM-system mm).
  • Du har körkort (B-behörighet).
