IT Project Manager-Business Systems

We are now looking for a driven IT Project Manager for Business Systems to take the lead in implementing and optimizing these systems.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will take full ownership of the implementation journey, from strategy and planning to execution, change management, user support and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, ensuring that systems are seamlessly integrated into daily operations and deliver real value to the business.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to map processes and identify areas for improvement, driving the development of smarter and more efficient solutions.
- Working closely with the business to define and document system requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Evaluating different system solutions and suppliers to recommend the most suitable option, based on the company's operational requirements and long-term goals.
- Developing comprehensive requirement specifications (URS) as a foundation for clear and accurate procurement.
- Leading and coordinating project teams and internal resources throughout the entire implementation journey – from planning and execution to training and user support – to secure successful system adoption.
- Monitoring project progress, budget, and quality continuously, while providing regular updates to management to maintain transparency and goal alignment.
We believe that you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT and business system project management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and other business system solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in mapping and documenting work processes and system requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant higher education in IT, systems science, or similar.
- Experience leading projects according to agile methods is a plus.
