We are seeking a Product Owner to own tenant-facing products included in Ingka Centres B2B digital product portfolio currently being used globally across Ingka Centres Meeting Places. You are result-driven with a collaborative, pragmatic mindset and a "can do" attitude. We expect you to play an important part in the transformation journey of Partner Ecology, continuing to drive partner engagement through digital product development and operation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct and significant impact on Meeting Place development for Ingka Centres and contribute to the IKEA business.

You have previous experience in:

  1. Digital product or solution management and delivery of complex digital solutions globally or across several markets/segments.
  2. Setting up, managing, and tracking progress for software development in accordance with the scrum methodology.
  3. Scrum and sprint development relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  4. Data-driven decision making and lean on quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to guide your decisions on product direction.
  5. Strong business sense with an interest and knowledge about business-related processes in an E2E manner.
  6. Effective communication in English and interpersonal abilities, using common language when liaising with business stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  7. Experience in the real estate industry, especially in the shopping center category, will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities (text) A Product Owner will ensure new and existing digital products continuously increase business value and user satisfaction, at optimized cost. You will steer the roadmap of the products towards aligned objectives and indicators.

Among other things you will:

  1. Be responsible for creating, managing, and prioritizing the backlog of digital products, ensuring alignment with business expectations and priorities.
  2. Actively manage the digital product backlog including clearly expressing product backlog items and prioritizing items based on business goals and optimization of work in the DevOps team.
  3. Support the Product Manager in developing the product roadmap.
  4. Be involved in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user stories to help the team better understand the requirements and how success will be measured.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for Product teams, providing insight, context, and additional information as needed to help understand what is required.
  6. Define and deliver acceptance criteria and the 'Definition of Done', working collaboratively with the rest of the team. Be accountable for reviewing, approving, and communicating sprint deliverables.
  7. Monitor and track overall product expenditure including license, development, cloud infrastructure, etc., to ensure product spending is within approved funds.
  8. Maintain network and communication with product key users and business stakeholders regularly, to collect feedback and new business needs.
  9. Drive product adoption by communicating and influencing key users and stakeholders.
  10. Work collaboratively with other Product/Platform Owners inside/outside B2B to pursue synergy across products within the ecosystem.
  11. Work closely with other teams within the Digital organization such as Architects, Data, and ISDP, to ensure product design and development comply with various Ingka group policies. Collaborate with Ingka Group Digital Hub where applicable.

You will report to Gavin Mao, Product Manager B2B, and your place of work will be Shanghai, China or Malmö, Sweden.
