Deras innovativa cirkulära förpackningssystem minimerar miljöpåverkan och erbjuder en av de mest hållbara lösningarna på marknaden. Nu letar de efter en engagerad Financial Controller som vill vara med och göra skillnad och hjälpa rulla ut en ny förpackningsstandard på globalt plan.

Vi letar efter en strukturerad finansiell controller som vill ta ett helhetsgrepp om ekonomifunktionen i denna växande start-up. I denna roll blir du en nyckelspelare i vår finansiella styrning, med ansvar för både operativa och strategiska uppgifter. Du kommer att arbeta nära ledning för att säkerställa att ekonomiska processer fungerar smidigt och effektivt.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Säkerställa korrekt redovisning och månadsrapportering i samarbete med deras svenska och brittiska redovisningsfirmor.
  • Följa upp ekonomiska flöden, budgetar och prognoser samt driva förbättringar i ekonomistyrningen.
  • Säkerställa att företaget har god kontroll över kassaflödet och arbeta med kontinuerlig förbättring av finansiella processer.
  • Analysera månadsrapporter, budgetar och prognoser för affärsbeslut och strategisk planering.
  • Stödja ledningen med analyser och business cases för strategiska initiativ och kostnadsoptimering.
  • Driva digitalisering och effektivisering av ekonomiska processer, inklusive inköp, fakturering och rapportering.

Vem är du?

  • Du har en bakgrund inom redovisning, controlling eller en liknande finansiell roll. Du kan självständigt driva finansiella processer och ta ansvar för resultatet.
  • Du har goda kunskaper inom bokslut och redovisning, särskilt från Sverige.
  • Du är strukturerad och noggrann med en förmåga och ett intresse för att identifiera förbättringsområden/ förbättra ekonomiska processer.
  • Du trivs i en snabbföränderlig start-up-miljö.
  • Du är analytisk, affärsdriven och duktig på att kommunicera ekonomisk information på ett tydligt sätt.
  • Du har goda Excel-kunskaper.
  • Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande, både i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med bolag som har en licensmodell som affärsmodell.
  • Erfarenhet av ekonomisystem såsom Xero, Kleer.
  • Erfarenhet av bolag inom förpackningsindustrin, FMCG, co-packaging, personal care och/eller med större produktionskedjor.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att digitalisera och automatisera ekonomiprocesser.
  • Kunskap om redovisning och ekonomistyrning i Storbritannien och/eller USA.
  • Erfarenhet från start-ups eller mindre bolag där du varit med och byggt upp en ekonomifunktion.
  • Erfarenhet med FX och hedging upplägg.
