Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated commission based Sales Agent who is eager to embrace a new and challenging opportunity by joining our startup business in Sweden and Norway. As a De Rigo Sales Agent your primary responsibility will be focused in seeking and acquiring new accounts within your area while developing the business with the existing accounts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Travel actively within your area of South Sweden and South of Norway visiting optical stores, presenting collections and samples, collecting orders.
- Train retailer’s sales staff regarding brands, products and marketing activities.
- Build long-lasting and profitable relationships with Store Managers and act as the brand's point of reference for customer needs and feedback.
- Work alongside trade marketing to ensure best brand visibility at each POS through excellent usage of promotional materials and displays.
- Contribute to customer’s business development within the assigned territory, providing the respective Area Manager with precious input from field.
Skills And Experience
- Similar experience in sales roles with a proven record in eyewear/fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel actively within the assigned territory.
- Full clean driving license.
- Private car will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English required.
- An excellent communicator with presentation skills.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to expand business, identify and develop new opportunities.
- An individual with negotiation and influencing skills.
