As a department, Engineering & Supply in Business Unit High Speed Separators, we are driven by passion for our technology, products, and the processes they serve. We are responsible for designing, manufacturing, and delivering separator systems in various industries, such as Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Biopharma and Industrial Fermentation, our commitment is unwavering. About the job

As a Quality Engineer within our Engineering & Supply (E&S) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our customer projects and new or updated products. Your mission is to oversee and execute quality activities, adhering to Lean Six Sigma principles and Alfa Laval's methodology. By providing quality-related training, supporting deviations and claims management, and contributing to the Business Management System, you'll help us maintain excellence in our processes. Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
  2. Implement insights from previous projects to continuously improve processes.
  3. Handle claims and deviations, network with other super users, and stay updated on tools.
  4. Participate in internal and external audits as well as customer audits.
  5. Conduct trainings on quality and compliance aspects.
  6. Maintain thorough investigations and corrective actions.
  7. Analyze data and collaborate for improvements.
  8. Contribute to relevant processes.
  9. Drive initiatives aligned with E&S strategy.
  10. Coordinate claims and provide quality assistance to other E&S sites.
