THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our dynamic Buying team as a Senior Buyer in our Home Department. This is your chance to shape Boozt's home category, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth through strategic partnerships. We're looking for a forward-thinking buyer with a strong commercial mindset and deep industry expertise to take our Home category to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Lead and Execute the buying strategy for your portfolio in the Home category on Booz.com.
  2. Key Account Responsibility for the Home category and build 360-degree partnerships with leading and emerging brands.
  3. Negotiate & Onboard new brands while strengthening relationships with existing vendors.
  4. Stay Ahead of Trends and ensure our product selection remains relevant and competitive.
  5. Make Data-Driven Decisions based on industry knowledge and insights from merchandisers.
  6. Drive Digital Growth by challenging traditional retail and optimizing for online success.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven negotiation skills – securing strong commercial terms and partnerships.
  3. 2+ years of experience in retail buying, preferably in home, fashion or a similar industry.
  4. Strategic and hands-on – you set ambitious goals and execute with precision.
  5. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.

To be successful in this role, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to make a step change. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiatives to drive your own and the team's ideas forward. As a person, you have strong negotiation skills and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with KPIs and targets.
