As our new Product Director, you will...
  1. Work directly with our Chief Product Officer to define, communicate, and execute the product strategy.
  2. Lead, mentor, and coach Product Managers, fostering their growth and ownership of their product areas to improve product outcomes.
  3. Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the company's strategic objectives and market needs, clearly communicating the value of product development to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-departmental success and deliver high-quality products on time.
  5. Refine and drive the product development process, ensuring consistent progress across initiatives.
  6. Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate results, using data-driven insights to optimize development processes and enhance stakeholder understanding of the value created by product initiatives.
We believe that you ...
  1. Have several years of experience in product development, including product leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in SaaS or PaaS ecosystems.
  2. Have worked with a product suite that includes multiple products and have experience as a Product Manager or in a product leadership role.
  3. Are an exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at engaging with diverse stakeholders across varying levels of expertise and information needs.
  4. Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced and dynamic stakeholder and market environments.
  5. Demonstrate deep curiosity and the ability to quickly learn about the business and customers in depth.
  6. Are proficient in agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, or Asana), and data analysis tools.

Bim.com is the central source of product information for the construction industry and the engine behind an ecosystem of software, tools, and services that enable the information to be used at all different stages of a construction project. By doing so, Bim.com enables those who build to make informed decisions, work smarter, and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of the construction project.

Building better starts with us too, a dedicated group of people collecting all this data from the manufacturers and creating the platforms under the Bim.com umbrella for distributing it. These are currently: BIMobject - the industry's global, open library of BIM files. Prodikt - the building project tool with integrated sustainability data. The Design App - automating climate calculations in building design. And lastly, supporting distributors and partners with data directly from Bim.com. On top of that, for the manufacturer we offer EandoX, LCA and BIM services - for creating product information, and making it ready for the market.

Practicalities

This position is located in Malmö and offers a hybrid work model. We love the mix of meeting at the office and having the possibility to explore what works best for you.
