Application Consultant for ATRON Systems Sweden

ATRON Systems delivers business systems for public transport and has developed and integrated smart solutions for both cities and regions for over 45 years. The company offers complete business solutions from online shopping to mobile applications and hardware installations in buses, trams and trains. The headquarters are located in Germany but we are also present in Sweden, Switzerland and Croatia. From the office in Sweden we work with customers in both Sweden and Norway and are actively working to expand in the market. The corporate language is English.
We are now looking for an Application Consultant who wants to be involved in supporting the development of our innovative solutions and provide support to our customers.
As an Application Consultant at ATRON, you will work with support and daily operation of the business system together with your colleagues. You will also assist customers with the implementation and configuration of new applications.
The role:
As an Application Consultant at ATRON, you will work with support and daily operation of the business system together with your colleagues. You will also assist customers with the implementation and configuration of new applications.
- Develop proposals for further development of systems
- Report bugs and compile requirements
- Perform tests of delivered software
- Work with projects and deliveries of new functionality
You will work in a team that is responsible for the system for customers in Sweden. The position involves providing support to users, administrators and developers. You will be based at our office in Linköping together with 10 colleagues.
Travel may occur, mainly within Sweden and sometimes to the head office in Germany.

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (systems scientist is a merit)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Documented work experience in IT
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
Meritorious:
- Be able to communicate in German
- Experience in first line and/or second line support
