Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

On-site: preferably hybrid, flexible to consider remote in Sweden

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultant for a 6-month contract role in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP IBP modules, supply chain planning, and hands-on configuration experience. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive SAP IBP implementation, configuration, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective planning solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants and business teams, to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including monitoring, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and enhancement of SAP IBP functionalities.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with ECC is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  • Prior experience working in an international environment is preferred.
