Rollen

I rollen som Business Consultant hjälper du våra kunder med att stötta i förändringsarbete, från strategi hela vägen till ett förändrat beteende och nya eller förbättrade IT-stöd. Du arbetar med ledningen hos våra kunder för att ta fram tydliga beslutsunderlag och roadmaps för genomförande. Du hjälper till med att implementera nya affärsstrategier, processer och IT-system och säkerställer att förändringar genomförs smidigt och effektivt. Vi ser gärna att du har förmåga att leda och hantera förändringsprocesser.

Som person ser vi att du är utåtriktad, energisk och inspirerar din omgivning. Förutom att hantera utmanande och utvecklande uppdrag är du prestigelös och är gärna involverad i att utveckla våra kunder, kollegor och dig själv.

Som person ser vi att du har:
  1. Mångårig konsulterfarenhet
  2. Tagit rådgivarrollen och är trygg med att såväl utmana som stötta ledningspersoner och verksamhet
  3. Drivit projekt i en eller flera faser (förstudie, behov/kravanalys, implementering och utrullning, förvaltning)
  4. Relevanta certifieringar inom områden som SAFe, Prosci Change Management och andra specifika områden
  5. Kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska
