Job Description:

Our client, a global leader in innovation and digital transformation, is now seeking a consultant passionate about managing, analyzing, and breaking down complex requirements in a high-tech and safety-critical environment.
About the Assignment:
As a requirements management expert, you will play a central role in the development of systems driving technology for a smarter and more connected future. Your main focus will be to manage requirements throughout the development cycle – from gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements to breaking down, specifying, and verifying system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and break down stakeholder requirements to ensure they meet safety and performance standards for the systems.
- Conduct safety analyses (e.g., system impact assessments) and apply functional safety standards such as ISO26262 and ISO21434.
- Work cross-functionally to drive requirements management and ensure that system requirements are implemented and validated to the highest standards.
- Analyze and develop high-level system design, including defining interfaces, functional specifications, and performance requirements.
- Triage system issues and identify root causes through functional analysis and testing.
- Contribute to innovation by developing new ideas and improvements in processes and products.
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience in requirements management within system development or related fields.
- Experience with safety-critical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with standards like ISO26262 and ISO21434.
- A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
- Experience working in a large, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience interacting with senior leaders.
- Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
