Techseed Things Mälardalen söker nu en driven och erfaren Projektledare med inriktning mot Control & Protection-system för HVDC. Rollen kombinerar tekniskt ledarskap, systemutveckling och möjligheten att arbeta i en hybridmodell med bas i Ludvika och vårt kontor.

Om rollen

Som Projektledare för Control & Protection-system inom HVDC kommer du att:

  1. Leda ett team av ingenjörer från tvärfunktionella avdelningar i utvecklingen av kontroll- och skyddssystem för HVDC-projekt.
  2. Ansvara för projektledning med hjälp av Azure DevOps, inklusive sprintplanering, backloggshantering och uppföljning.
  3. Implementera agila metoder i teamet och samtidigt hantera projekt som använder vattenfallsmetodik när det är tillämpligt.
  4. Utveckla och optimera kontroll- och skyddssystem för HVDC, med fokus på kvalitet och prestanda.
  5. Samarbeta nära med både kunder och interna avdelningar för att säkerställa leverans av lösningar som uppfyller kundens behov och krav.

Vi söker dig som:

  1. Har en examen inom elektroteknik, energiteknik eller liknande område.
  2. Har erfarenhet av att leda team i komplexa tekniska projekt, särskilt inom tvärfunktionella miljöer.
  3. Behärskar Azure DevOps och har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta enligt agila metoder och vattenfallsmetodik.
  4. Har erfarenhet av utveckling och design av Control & Protection-system för HVDC eller liknande tekniska system.
  5. Är en tydlig och inspirerande ledare med förmåga att skapa engagemang och driva projekt framåt.
