På ted&gustaf är vi på en resa – vi ska bygga Nordens bästa digitalbyrå. Vi gör det genom att utmana, leda och skapa digital transformation som faktiskt driver affärer. Nu söker vi en Senior Designer som vill vara med och ta design till nästa nivå – från insikt till mätbar impact och leda den utvecklingen.

Vi letar efter dig som älskar att skapa lösningar som inte bara fungerar – utan som förändrar. Du är van att leda kunder och projekt, och du vill inte bara utföra design, utan också utmana och definiera vad det verkliga behovet är, varför vi ska lösa det, hur vi löser det – och hur vi vet att vi har gjort rätt.

Design är en pågående process, och vi lämnar inget åt slumpen. Du ser till att vi inte bara levererar, utan att vi skapar strategisk impact, mäter utfallet och driver förändring på riktigt.

Det här är inte en roll för den som vill följa processer – det är en roll för den som vill utveckla och driva dem framåt.

Vad du kommer att göra
  1. Skapa design som överraskar och engagerar – vi bygger inte bara lösningar, vi skapar upplevelser som driver affären framåt.
  2. Driva design som en nyckelfaktor i digital transformation – du kopplar ihop UX, tech och strategi för att skapa affärsnytta.
  3. Leda och facilitera workshops – hjälpa våra kunder att förstå sina användare och behov.
  4. Planera och genomföra användarresearch – inklusive kundintervjuer och analyser.
  5. Presentera insikter – i form av kundresor, koncept och prototyper.
  6. Arbeta datadrivet – definiera KPI:er, analysera resultat och iterera design baserat på insikter för att maximera affärsvärde.
  7. Utvärdera vår design och lösning tillsammans med kunden – vi lämnar inget åt slumpen, vi vill veta att vi har skapat verkligt värde.
  8. Driva och äga designprojekt – från insikt till lansering.
  9. Samarbeta & sparra med vår Principal Designer – för att lyfta vårt kreativa arbete.
  10. Utveckla och utmana våra designprocesser – för att skapa ännu bättre lösningar.
  11. Sätta riktningen för vår designkultur – och ta ted&gustaf till nästa nivå.
Vem du är
  1. Erfaren & strategisk – du har jobbat med UX och UI i flera år och känner dig trygg i att leda kunder.
  2. Nyfiken & analytisk – du vill förstå varför en lösning funkar, inte bara hur den ser ut.
  3. Kommunikativ & inspirerande – du kan förklara och motivera dina designval både för kund och team.
  4. Kreativ & affärsdriven – du designar inte bara för funktion, du skapar upplevelser som sticker ut och driver affären framåt.
  5. Driven & självständig – du tar ägandeskap och behöver inte guidning för att leverera.
  6. Bekväm i att facilitera workshops och driva samskapande processer.
  7. Intresserad av att förstå våra kunders kund – du vill gå djupare än briefen och verkligen förstå slutanvändarens behov.
Tekniska färdigheter vi värdesätter
  1. Du behärskar Figma och andra relevanta designverktyg.
  2. Du har erfarenhet av att använda data och insikter för att förbättra design.
  3. Du har jobbat i agila team och förstår digital produktutveckling.
