Vi söker en Project Manager

Cloudwiser söker en driven projektledareför att ansvara för leverans av telefonilösningar till företag i Sverige och internationellt. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra kunder, för att säkerställa att deras behov tillgodoses genom effektiva projektleveranser och löpande projekt eller onboardings. Du kommer även att genomföra behovsanalys för att identifiera och förstå kundernas krav och omvandla dessa till konkreta lösningar. Din roll kommer att vara central i samordningen av både interna team och externa leverantörer, samt att leda projekt från start till slutförande.

Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Projektledning: Ansvara för att leda och koordinera projekt för både nya och befintliga kunders förmedlade lösningar samtsäkerställa att deadlines hålls och att kundens krav uppfylls.
  • Kundkontakt och behovsanalys: Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med beslutsfattare hos kunder, genomföra behovsanalyser för att identifiera och förstå deras krav och förväntningar, samt bygga långsiktiga relationer.
  • Samordning av leverantörer: Du kommer att fungera som kontaktperson mellan flera leverantörerinom projekten för att hjälpa kunden på bästa sätt.
  • Löpande projekt eller onboardings för befintliga kunder: Hantera löpande projekt som tillägg av integrationer eller utökning av tjänster för befintliga kunder, säkerställa att dessa projekt genomförs enligt tidsplan och kundens önskemål.
  • Internt samarbete: Du arbetar tätt ihop med både försäljnings- och tekniska team för att driva projekt framåt och säkerställa att kundernas förväntningar uppfylls.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Du har erfarenhet av projektledning, gärna inom IT eller telekom, och är van att hantera flera parallella projekt och deadlines.
  • Noggrannhet och struktur är avgörande för denna roll. Du bör ha en förmåga att hålla ordning och säkerställa att alla detaljer hanteras korrekt, utan att tappa helhetsbilden.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att genomföra behovsanalyser och omvandla kundens behov till konkreta projekt och lösningar.
  • Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Du är ansvarstagande, har förmågan att prioritera och planera.
  • Du är en naturlig teamspelare men trivs också med att driva projekt självständigt.
  • Datorvana och erfarenhet av att använda olika system för projektledning och dokumentation.
  • Du har förmågan att tänka kreativt och hitta lösningar på komplexa utmaningar.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet från Telekom-branschen och tidigare arbete med digitala och fysiska kundmöten.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och genomföra projekt för nya kunder samt löpande onboardings eller projekt för befintliga kunder inom en teknisk eller affärsorienterad miljö.
  • Erfarenhet av projektledningsverktyg och processer som stödjer leverans och uppföljning.
