About the position

You will mainly work with process development and optimization of processes, energy, and environmental issues. As a process engineer, you are involved in the development and follow-up of long-term development plans for improvements and work with quality follow-up and environmental issues. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the mill.

  • Perform process investigations, initiate and conduct test runs, and prepare future investments.
  • Initiate improvement work and develop the production process in terms of working methods and methods.
  • Establish and operate action plans for process, operational and environmental disturbances.
  • Initiate, participate and lead projects for production development.
  • Participate in documenting and updating the department's instructions and routines.

Furthermore, we see that you have

  • MSc or equivalent training / experience.
  • Experience from the process industry.
  • Experience in project management and driving change management.
  • Good knowledge of machines, processes and quality requirements.
  • Very good ability to work in teams and communicate.
  • English in speech and writing.
  • Competence to make business assessments.
