What you'll get to doMarketing Strategy & Brand Management:
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives and regional market needs.
•Safeguard brand image by managing 360° launches and activation calendars, ensuring growth across all channels.
•Proactively identify gaps in marketing plans and propose ATL and BTL initiatives to activate brands effectively.
•Build and present strategic marketing plans for retailers, highlighting opportunities for category expansion within the portfolio.
•Regularly monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and sales performance to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
•Coordinate and deliver compelling presentations to key accounts and sales conferences.
Media Planning & Public Relations:
• Lead media strategy and planning in collaboration with the Media Agency, adapting global strategies to local markets.
•Work with media agencies to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns within budget.
•Oversee the development and execution of PR strategies in partnership with the PR Agency to drive impactful activations and campaigns.
Pricing & Performance Management:
•Provide strategic guidance on pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
•Analyze brand performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
•Work closely with sales and retail teams to maximize brand performance across sell-in and sell-out.
Leadership & Team Development:
•Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
•Devise clear roadmaps for team members' professional development, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
•Act as a key influencer within the organization, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, category management, or a similar marketing role.
•Proven success in managing marketing campaigns within the luxury, FMCG, or cosmetics sectors.
•Experience in retail marketing and digital marketing is essential.
•Team management experience, including responsibility for the development of direct reports.
Languages:
•English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
