We have a hybrid working setup and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm office a minimum of twice per week.

About the role

We are building one of the most successful AI-Driven Workforce Management solutions that empower the workforce in service industries to make people and businesses grow.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in the Engage team, you'll join a cross-functional team focused on tools which improve the engagement, retention, and performance of the frontline workforce by improving their working lives. You will work with Frontend, Backend & Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers/Owners, and Designers.

Our Engineering Team is always striving to use modern technologies, keeping ourselves updated on the news in the engineering community, and aiming to be early adopters of new stable releases. Everyone on the team deeply cares about the overall experience of our application and has a lot of fun while building solutions together.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications, ensuring best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Champion modern web and cloud technologies, including React, Redux, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, DocumentDB, OpenSearch, and Kubernetes.
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support, pair, and help grow junior engineers.
  • Contribute to system design decisions with a focus on user experience, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability.
What you'll bring to the team
  • Strong background in backend development with Node.js and related frameworks, along with proficiency in building SPAs using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to design robust, scalable, and secure systems with a focus on API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience influencing technical roadmaps and guiding junior developers.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing continuous delivery and iterative development.
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset with a desire to stay ahead of tech trends and explore new solutions.
