Business Unit Manager Radon Testing Sweden49_744000097263605Obowiązki We are now looking for a driven and strategic Business Unit Manager for Eurofins Radon, who wants to be part of developing a growing business Unit, with responsibility for sales, marketing, and technology. The Business Unit Manager will have overall responsibility for a team of approximately 10 people and lead the business towards set goals.The business, set by regulation, is seasonal – meaning production of samples are done from May to September and analysis is done from October to April.The team is organized in production, costumer support and sales. However functions and responsibilities have cross overs to ensure stability.There is one production manager and one sales manager as direct reports.You will:Be responsible for the business strategy and development, including budget and financial performance.Drive sales and marketing in Sweden, Europe, and North America.Lead and develop a competent team with personnel responsibility.Ensure that technology, quality, and innovation align with the business objectives. This includes automated systems for microscopy and assembly and a close relationship with supplies.Build and maintain relationships with both customers and partners.Take an active role in Interest Associations for the businessLead the business toward set KPIs and improvements.Collaborate with internal support functions and laboratories within the Eurofins network.Wymagania To succeed in this role, you are a confident leader who is driven by developing the business and has a natural business mindset.
