Job Summary

Plant Automation Centre of Expertise, Integrated Solutions within Processing&Equipment Automation & Solutions is supporting all markets with advanced digital solutions and integration from ERP to shop floor. Our role is to support our local organizations worldwide to deliver new technologies and solutions to fulfil our customer requirements within automation and digital solutions, with focus on integration of data between systems with world class capabilities and quality.

As our new Senior Digital Solutions Project Leader, you will focus on advanced plant automation/digital/MES projects to customers and internal development projects creating reusable solutions for local organisations to deploy. The role includes managing projects according to time plan, budget and scope, which requires knowledge and understanding of customer operations and technologies.

This candidate must be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy and the position requires travelling up to 15%.

What you will do
  • Project management, including managing stakeholders in Tetra Pak centrally and locally in the markets, as well as suppliers and customers.
  • Lead commercial projects to customers following waterfall process
  • Lead development projects creating reusable solutions following agile process
  • Sale & pre project support of advanced plant automation/digital solutions.
  • Lead and support the project teams that could be physically spread globally
  • Advanced Information solutions (MES/MIS), e.g., Batch, data logging, performance reports, production scheduling, dashboards, AI connections etc
  • E2E Integration of systems vertically from ERP to shopfloor and horizontally from plant intake to shipment, including integration of systems ERP, MES, processing automation, packaging automation, WMS, LIMS etc to create a plant solution.
  • Support Product deployment and implementation of new solutions and technologies.

You have preferable a University degree within Automation, Computer or Electrical Engineering and experience of databases and high-level programming language. You also have experience of PLC programming and MES systems. Proven experience as project leader including stakeholder management is required. Knowledge or experience of OPC, virtualisation, Kubernetes, containers, BI tools, system architecture (ip-network, domain, security), Jira, Git and industry standards -S88 and S95 are considered as a merit as well as PMP certification.

You have knowledge and understanding of the complete plant automation functionality. If you have experience of running waterfall project process as well as agile project process it is valuable. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language.
