Om tjänsten

Tjänsten erbjuder möjligheten att jobba med användarcentrerad design tillsammans med ett tvärfunktionellt team, lokalt såväl som globalt, och vara delaktig i framtagandet av medicintekniska produkter i världsklass. Din huvuduppgift blir att ta våra medicintekniska produkter och tjänster hela vägen i vår designprocess från idé till utformning, användartestning och lansering. Rollen är både praktisk och strategisk, vilket innebär att du kommer att utforma användargränssnitt såväl som att internt driva användbarhetsarbetet mot produkterna. Den här rollen är perfekt för dig som har idéer och visioner och längtar efter rätt förutsättningar för att genomföra dem.

Vem är du?

  • Vi tror att du har ett särskilt intresse för användbarhet inom digitala gränssnitt och utvecklingen av medicintekniska produkter. Du stimuleras av att jobba genom hela designprocessen från tidiga användar- och konceptstudier till användartester av den färdiga produkten.
  • För att trivas hos oss behöver du:
  • Vara intresserad av avancerad sjukvård och ha viljan att förstå den kliniska tillämpningen av våra produkter.
  • Gilla att arbeta nära användare och sträva efter att i grunden förstå våra kunders behov. Omfattande användarstudier och utvärderingar är en naturlig del av vår produkt- och funktionsutveckling.
  • Gilla att verka i tvärfunktionella team. Projektteamen är bemannade för att ta ett helhetsansvar. Därför kommer du att jobba tillsammans med produktägare, läkare, sjuksköterskor (applikationsexperter), systemarkitekter, konstruktörer, testare m.fl.
  • Lära dig betydelsen av de myndighetskrav för patientsäkerhet som reglerar tillgången till den globala marknaden. Användbarhet är en central del i dessa krav och din roll blir därför central i produktutvecklingen.
  • Vilja vårda och utveckla ett varumärke i världsklass där användbarhet och design räknas som ett strategiskt konkurrensmedel.

Vad har du med dig:

  • Master med huvudämne inom användbarhet, interaktionsdesign och/eller kognitionsvetenskap.
  • Erfarenhet/kunskap av användbarhet för komplexa produkter och system
  • Gärna jobbat mjukvarunära
  • Har kompetens inom eller är intresserad av utvecklas inom UI och visuell design
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med wireframes, prototyper och interaktiva prototyper i designverktyg som tex Figma.
  • Erfarenhet/kunskap av att tillämpa agila metoder för användarcentrerad produktutveckling
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  • Erfarenhet inom medicinteknik är önskvärt men inte ett krav.

Du kommer att vara utvecklingsorganisationens brygga till slutanvändare och kund. Därför är det viktigt att du är kommunikativ mot såväl slutanvändare som till utvecklingsteamet, samt motiverar och förklarar designval. Du är analytisk och noggrann inför problemställningarna som ofta är utmanande och komplexa. Du är trygg med att bryta isär stora uppgifter i hanterbara delmoment, samtidigt som du behåller helhetssyn och överblick. Du driver självständigt användbarhetsarbetet som ett delmoment i utvecklingsprojekten. Många personer är inblandade och de beslut som tas har stor inverkan på projektets framgång
