Together with your closest colleagues and through collaboration, you maintain and develop secure and efficient information structures and associated information flows. The organization will be replacing one or more information management systems (PLM) in the coming years. This work requires innovative thinking to achieve one of Ringhals's digitalization goals, efficient information and design processes.

As a business strategist with us, you will have a varied work, where daily operational tasks in your role as functional manager for the existing document management system are combined with more long-term strategic issues regarding effective and user-friendly information management.

Your tasks

• Lead the management of one of the organization's existing information management systems (functional manager).
• Requirements and verification, configuration, and functional testing of information management systems.
• Participate in the development, planning, and analysis of management activities together with stakeholders, operations, and IT suppliers in document management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of a new PDM/PLM system through needs identification, requirements management, workflow development, training, etc.

As a person, you are confident, stable, and self-aware. An important characteristic of yours is your ability to see the big picture while also understanding the significance of details in reaching long-term goals, always with quality and safety in focus. The role involves close collaboration with operations, other nuclear industry entities, and our IT supplier, meaning you see collaboration as a natural path to success. In your work, you make accurate assessments and prioritizations, with the ability to balance complex information and different considerations, demonstrating judgment in statements, actions, and decisions.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Academic education in information or data technology or acquired equivalent expertise in another way.
• Experience working with PDM/PLM (e.g., Teamcenter, OpenText, SAP DMS).
• Experience in business development, such as major implementation and change projects.
• Experience in translating complex business needs into technical requirements.

Also advantageous are:

• Project management skills.
• Experience working with verification and validation.
• Database knowledge.
