We seek a CFD Engineer in Thermal & Climate for a global company in Gothenburg.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. The start is ASAP, and the contract period is six months.

Description of the assignment

As a CFD engineer for Climate & Thermal, you are responsible for carrying out CFD Simulations to verify the requirements for the Climate & Thermal Attributes in projects.

You will make plans with the Attribute Leader, prepare, set up and run the simulations and analyze the results. In cooperation with the attribute leader, conclude recommendations and suggest solutions with the styling and design teams.

The Climate & Thermal attributes cover air distribution in ducts and nozzles, defroster performance, heat up, cool down and passenger comfort. The primary responsibility is Climate & Thermal, but you can work closely together in the team and support other attribute areas.

Qualifications and skills required for the role


• M Sc in mechanical engineering, applied mechanics or similar


• Minimum two years experience in Fluid Dynamics


• Automotive experience


• Skills in CFD codes like Ansa, Fluent, CCM, TAI Therm
