Emagine is in search of a Senior Project Driver for a client in the financial/banking sector.

Location: Stockholm About the role: The mission at hand involves the implementation of the Card Simplification strategy aimed at establishing a foundation for the future of card payments.

The goal is to offer customers efficient ways to handle their card payments.

The Card Simplification Programme (CSP) is a collaborative effort involving individuals from both the Business and Technology sectors, both internally and with Partners.

The objective of CSP is to introduce a unified Card Management solution, transition to a single operating model, develop the target solution, and migrate debit and credit card portfolios from current legacy systems to the new management solution.

The upcoming solution will accelerate time-to-market, cut costs and operational risks, and enhance the customer experience. CSP intends to enhance their Scheme management capacity, focusing on BIN management.

As part of a Card Transition Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between us and the Schemes (Visa and Mastercard).

Your tasks will involve planning, managing stakeholders, defining business requirements aligned with the CSP Target Solution for the Schemes in close partnership with the Capability Leads within the Transition Team.

We anticipate you to possess a profound understanding of end-to-end card processing, particularly in transaction and authorization flow from BIN to account range levels.

You will report to Card Transition Leads and collaborate with associated Scheme Project Drivers. Your duties will encompass;

  • Interaction and synchronization with internal processes like Financial flow, Token management, clearing & settlement, test management, etc.
  • Define business requirements for configuring the target solution setup.
  • Generate technical documents for schemes based on business requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and steer projects with the relevant Scheme Your profile: Details of knowledge and experience.
  • years' experience in the Card payments domain (preferably cards issuing from the business/product perspective).
  • Comprehensive grasp of card-related business operations and prerequisites, along with a solid understanding of the complete cards processing value chain.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities, encompassing verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in Nordic/international projects.
  • Ability to comprehend both IT and Business aspects and effectively engage in both domains.
