Vi söker nu en Head of Quality Assurance till vår produktionsanläggning i Höganäs.
DIN FRAMTIDA ROLL
Som Head of Quality Assurance har du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda, utveckla och samordna företagets kvalitetsavdelning inom QA/QC. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa att företaget lever upp till GMP och våra kunders förväntningar på kvaliteten. Du kommer att ha personalansvar för ett team på 6 personer inom QA, QC och QP. Tjänsten innebär nära samarbete med alla avdelningar inom företaget och ger dig spännande arbetsuppgifter med stor möjlighet till eget ansvar och utveckling. Du ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp, rapporterar direkt till VD:n och bidrar till företagets utveckling tillsammans med övriga ledningsgruppen.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
- Ansvaret för avdelningens budget
- Delaktighet i ledningsgruppen för att utveckla verksamheten
- Utvärdering och utveckling av företagets kvalitetssystem
- Godkännande av ändringsärenden, avvikelser och CAPA
- Deltagande i produkt- och utrustningsprojekt
- Genomföra inspektioner från både kunder och myndigheter
- Stötta företaget i GMP-relaterade frågor
DIN PROFIL
För att framgångsrikt utföra tjänsten krävs minst fem års erfarenhet från liknande roller inom läkemedelsindustrin samt en akademisk utbildning som apotekare eller inom naturvetenskap. Du bör ha förmåga att driva både strategisk och operativ utveckling inom kvalitetsområdet, med ledarerfarenhet och kommunikativ förmåga. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, är viktigt på grund av den internationella kontaktytan.
Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad, serviceinriktad och en skicklig kommunikatör.
