I rollen som senior mekanikingenjör på Cytiva ansvarar du för att konstruera och ta det fulla ansvaret för instrumentmoduler och ingår i ett team med ingenjörer inom mekanik, elektronik, embedded och testning. Tillsammans utvecklar teamet nästa generations system för läkemedel och vaccinframställning.

Denna tjänst är en del av Instrument and Single Use Hardware på Cytivas site i Uppsala och kommer att ha ett upplägg som on site.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Du kommer främst att vara med och utveckla de delar till kromatografisystemen där separationen sker, kromatografikolonner och kromatografimembran.
  • Du kommer även att vara med och konstruera övriga delar av kromatografisystemen med pumpar, ventiler och rörelsemekanik.
  • I ditt arbete utvecklar du och utvärderar nya idéer och designer och väljer rätt tillverkningsteknik för serieproduktion. Vi söker dig med stor bredd då våra mekaniska komponenter produceras med formsprutning eller pressgjutning, med bearbetning, i svetsad plåt samt med olika 3D-printningstekniker för metall och plast. Vem är du?
  • Civilingenjör inom mekanik eller motsvarande samt minst 7 års relevant erfarenhet som mekanikkonstruktör. Erfaren användare av CAD- och PDM-system.
  • Stort eget driv och tekniskt intresse med vilja att utvecklas.
  • Erfarenhet från utveckling av 3D-printade och formsprutade detaljer
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med instrumentutveckling från utvecklingsfas till produktionssättning och gärna med erfarenhet från att utveckla dina konstruktioner med både praktiska tester och simuleringar.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, såväl tal som skrift.
