About the job

The purpose of the role is to support strategy execution and decision-making by providing insights for corporate functions. You'll be our knowledge expert in corporate functions controlling and financial activities at a multi-site level, acting as a key contact for stakeholders and translating needs to relevant parties. As a Finance Manager, you'll lead a small team, providing leadership, direction, and motivation.

Working in a transformational environment, you'll have the opportunity to think on your feet and design solutions that keep our business priorities—digitalization, customer centricity, and sustainability—at the heart of what you do.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide direction and develop the corporate functions controlling team.
  • Act as a finance business partner for various corporate functions and their VPs/EVPs.
  • Set tactical and strategic agendas to support strategy execution.
  • Lead the forecast process for corporate functions.
  • Translate analytics and visualize insights into business value.
  • Strengthen business case understanding and challenge input, rationale, and benefits.
  • Drive activities and corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Foster a learning and sharing culture.
  • Drive simplification and harmonization across functions.
  • Own models for recharging G&A costs and ensure proper allocation to Business Areas.

What you'll need:

  • A relevant finance degree
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in various aspects of business control
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP (preferred)
  • Leadership or project management experience
