You can join a highly motivated Customer Logistics team and a vital part of the Logistics management team in Arla Sweden. We are looking for an enthusiastic and transformational leader who wants to improve our relationships with our customers and drive both internal and external value chain improvements while strengthening our customer centricity

How you will make an impact

You will lead a team of approx. 25 Customer Logistics colleagues out of which 6 direct reports. Your aim is to further strengthen the Customer Logistics team with a focus on improving Arla's partnership with customers.

Customer Logistics plays a key role within Arla Foods and is vital for developing the long-term collaboration with our customers and servicing them with their daily needs. We are always working with a continuous improvement mindset both internally and with our customers. You will be a significant part of our partnership with customers and get a large internal network and the opportunity to influence our future development. The Customer Logistics Managers in your team are developing our setup with our strategic customers and functioning as the key contact in logistics topics. The Customer & Consumer Team deliver daily customer service to all our customers, as well as to consumer. The Process and System team is managing the back-office processes.

You will report to the Senior Logistics Director and you will be a member of the Logistics management team in Sweden where you are also expected to contribute to improving the overall Sweden Logistics. You are also be expected to influence the overall global logistics agenda regarding Customer Logistics. A key part of this role is to link the logistics and the sales organization. You have a dotted line to Arla's Sweden Head of Sales and cooperate closely with Foodservice.

What will make you successful

We believe you to have a university degree and prior experience in managing people and leading through others. We also value your experience in sales, logistics, or customer relationship development. Prior experience in FMCG is an asset. You have the skills and experience to work with continuous improvements and optimization using Lean principles to enhance customer benefits.

You have a high level of proficiency in speaking and writing Swedish and English and you communicate clearly and promptly. To succeed in this role, you need to have outstanding leadership skills and an ability to guide your coworkers to positive outcomes. You enjoy being proactive and also working well with others.
