Tillsammans med övriga HR-partners har du överlappande specialistkompetenser och i denna roll kommer du, utöver de generella HR-frågorna, att uttalat ha kompetensförsörjning med fokus på kultur- och prestationsfrågor. Det innebär att du driver och stöttar i frågor kopplade till exempelvis uppdragsdialogen, prestation och lön, medarbetarskapet/kulturfrågor.

Tjänsten är placerad vid vårt kontor i Stockholm, Kräftriket.

ansvarsområden

Som HR-partner tillhör du ett väl sammansvetsat och engagerat HR-team som tillsammans genom nyfikenhet, samarbete och nära dialog med våra divisioner skapar ett effektivt och väl fungerande HR-stöd. I rollen som HR-partner kommer du att:

  • Stötta och vägleda primärt chefer i verksamhetsnära frågor.
  • Du översätter affärsbehov till HR-lösningar. Allt utifrån verksamhetens behov.
  • Du stöttar och utvecklar på individ, grupp och organisationsnivå i hr-relaterade frågor.
  • Du ser även till att personaladministration, policys och processer inom HR finns tillgängligt, fungerar och utvecklas.
  • Tjänsten är bred och du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med frågor kring ledarskap, medarbetarskap, arbetsrätt, rehabilitering, facklig samverkan, rekrytering, kompetensförsörjning/utbildning.

kvalifikationer

För att lyckas i rollen som HR-partner ser vi att du har:

  • Akademisk utbildning inom HR eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av verksamhetsnära kvalificerat HR-arbete inom hela leveransen.
  • Att du har gedigen kompetens och erfarenhet från strukturerat arbete med kompetensförsörjning genom kultur och prestationsfrågor.
  • Du är van vid att coacha chefer och känner dig trygg i den rådgivande rollen.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.
  • Gedigen digital mognad inom M365

Du har en utpräglad god förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera med både kollegor och chefer och har lätt att skapa förtroendefulla relationer med medarbetare oavsett roll. Du har ett självständigt och ansvarstagande arbetssätt, är van att leda i förändring och tar egna initiativ för att säkerställa en vidareutveckling av HR-området. Du har en god förmåga att analysera och fördjupa dig i frågor där din expertis tillfrågas. Du motiveras av utveckling och har mod att ifrågasätta och utmana nuvarande arbetssätt med syfte att effektivisera och driva verksamheten framåt.
