Role:

We need a driven data analyst that can work from limited requirements and turn thoose into actionable insights or reports that support the business needs.

Background in customer support or retail is preferred.

Scope is primarily the returns product teams needs and secondarily the case teams need.

Essential requirements:

Storytelling with data (work examples prefered) PowerBI development SQL (Google BigQuery or similar) Basic statistics Python and basic knowledge of ML/AI to be able to support Data Scientist working in the teams Ability to extract insights from data without being told exactly what to look for
