Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an individual with exceptional work behaviors to join our legal team as an Associate Corporate Counsel. Responsibilities:
  • Provide flawless legal advice and support to various divisions within the company
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to determine the best course of action
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
  • Foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of legal strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
