We are looking for an Analyst to join the FTP and Allocations team within Group Treasury to provide data analytical support and assist in automating and transforming our processes and deliverables.
You will become part of the team responsible for the bank's funds transfer pricing (FTP) framework, which is a key component in measuring and managing the value creation for our customers and the bank. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the link between Treasury's funding, liquidity and risk management activities, and customer pricing and business strategy.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the FTP & Allocations team. We are responsible for the development of the overall principles, methodology, analytics and implementation related to the bank's FTP framework, which plays an essential role in the value chain by connecting the funding and risk management activities centralised in Treasury to business decisions.
As the Analyst, you'll play a valuable role in supporting the development of our analytical capabilities and operational processes. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide set of mainly analytical, data-related and process optimisation tasks related to the FTP framework. The role involves a high level of engagement and collaboration with colleagues across Treasury, Group Finance, IT and Nordea's business areas. You will join an experienced team, whose skilled colleagues, strong teamwork and ability to deliver make us stand out.
What you'll be doing:
- Enhancing our analytical and operational processes to drive improvements, incl. automation
- Undertaking data investigations, analysing data, and performing impact studies, to support enhanced FTP-related framework processes, methodologies, allocation methods and models
- Developing tools to support strategic decisions related to FTP to enable sound performance management and drive business insights
- Support implementation of changes to the FTP applications and set requirements to IT
- Driving parts of the forecasting process
The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your experience and background:
- A relevant academic degree, in for example finance or economics
- Knowledge of and interest in general banking business and products as well as financial products and risk types
- Experience of working with data and data investigations, and experience of, or a strong interest in pro-actively learning about, data analytics, data visualisation tools and programming languages - in particular SQL, Python and PowerBI - as well as strong knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (professional level)
