Job Summary

Are you passionate about empowering people, leading teams, and facilitating organizational change through agile methodologies? If you thrive in a development-centric environment and are eager to drive innovation, this is the perfect opportunity for you

You will be a key player in leading our agile ways of working. Although we've made significant strides, we are looking for someone who can lead us further on this journey. You will be instrumental in helping teams embrace agile practices, aligning initiatives with our business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovations.

About us

At Tetra Pak, the Industrial Base Engineering (IBE) Programme Management team is at the forefront of transforming business needs into valuable solutions. We are developing and implementing standardised manufacturing equipment and processes for our converting factories, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive and sustainable packaging solutions now and for the future.

We excel in three main areas:

  • Development: Creating solutions that deliver value.
  • CAPEX Implementation: Bringing these solutions to life.
  • Portfolio & Planning: Ensuring we focus on the most impactful initiatives.

Since our current Agile Coach is retiring, we are seeking a new talented person to join our team in Lund, Sweden on a permanent basis.

What you will do

In this dynamic position, you will be pivotal in fostering and maintaining an agile mindset throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Workshops and Training: Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and events aimed at promoting Agile practices and driving cultural change.
  • Fostering Collaboration: Oversee the IBE Agile Networks, enhancing collaboration among Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other Stakeholders.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Actively share insights and lessons learned with Agile professionals both within and outside the organization to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Communicating Progress: Consistently update management and Stakeholders on progress, achievements, and key milestones.
  • Leadership Involvement: As a member of the IBE Programme Management leadership team, you will be responsible for advocating and implementing Agile practices within the organization.
We believe you have
  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience of working in the agile way within the manufacturing industry and R&D area. Preferably you have worked as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master before.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Key Personal Attributes:
    • Adaptability: You demonstrate flexibility in your approach and can swiftly adjust focus when necessary.
    • Conflict Resolution Skills: You see conflicts as opportunities for growth and possess strong skills in navigating and resolving them.
    • Strategic Thinking: You can maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to specific details.
    • Collaborative Nature: You excel at working seamlessly across different teams and departments, contributing positively to our business and customer relations.
    • Agile Expertise: You bring both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies into our organisation.

We Offer You

  • A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape
  • A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results
  • An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion
  • Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
