Your main responsibility will be leading the Integrated Service Readiness (ISR) activities for our product portfolio, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient support strategies. You'll work on preparing ISR elements, influencing product design, and managing program delivery within set budgets and timelines. Expect to build a new team, contribute to the Service Engineering Management Team, and implement global processes while adapting to local requirements.

  • Building and integrating a new team within the Service Engineering organization.
  • Active participation in the Service Engineering Management Team.
  • Effective people management to create a well-balanced and capable team.
  • Implementing global processes while accommodating local needs when necessary.
  • Ensuring the team's involvement in projects meets Quality, Cost, and Delivery standards.
