What you will be doing:
  • Coordinating pre-flight activities for prompt freight processing and timely flight departures
  • Working closely with warehouse teams under tight deadlines and pressure to meet flight schedules efficiently
  • Verifying cargo manifests, amending discrepancies, and preparing transit documents
  • Offering guidance on required documentation for various freight movements
  • Entering accurate and timely information into systems
  • Ensuring compliance with operational, security, and safety standards for all checks and activities
