Som interim People Business Partner till vårt egna lager i Örebro

Vad du kommer att göra

Som People Business Partner på Matsmart i Örebro ingår du i en snabbrörlig och energifylld miljö tillsammans med härliga kollegor både på lagret och som en del av vårt People-team. Du har en viktig funktion för både vår affär och våra medarbetare med en stor variation av arbetsuppgifter.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

Löpande rekrytering av lagerpersonal samt administration kring avtal, villkor etc. Proaktivt arbete med att sätta upp och utveckla processer, policies och arbetssätt kopplat till hela medarbetarresan. Löpande kommunikation och support kring HR-frågor från våra medarbetare. Proaktivt arbete och stöttande i ledarskapsfrågor såsom uppföljningssamtal, utveckling, rehabilitering och välmående. Ansvar för att driva en nära samverkan med fack och skyddsombud. Driva och utveckla vår kultur med målet att vara den mest attraktiva arbetsgivaren inom lager

För att snabbt komma in i rollen och bli framgångsrik har du:

universitetsutbildning eller motsvarande inom HR. 2-3 års bred erfarenhet inom HR, erfarenhet av arbete med arbetsmiljöfrågor samt fackliga frågor och samarbetspartners. kommunicerar obehindrat i tal och skrift både på svenska och engelska.
