As a newcomer, you will gain knowledge that will enable you to provide our customers with qualified service. We provide ongoing training to help you develop in your role. You will assist our customers with personalized proposals regarding the bank's services and products.

At the Loan Center, we specialize in financing solutions for mortgage loans, personal loans, and other financing products, looking at the whole picture to meet our customers' needs. We process loan applications and handle incoming phone calls from customers who have loans or have applied for loans at Nordea. We interact with customers from all over Sweden and mainly meet them remotely, primarily by phone.

Your main focus areas will be to:

• Contribute to our good accessibility, assisting customers in their chosen channel
• Attract new customers while maintaining good relationships with existing customers
• Promote high customer satisfaction through a proactive approach and contribute to long-term customer relationships

You:

• Have the ability to empathize with the customer's situation and naturally build relationships

It is beneficial if you have several years of experience in service or finance-related roles. With the right personal qualities, you can come from various professional backgrounds.
